Shannon Enright-Smith is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Professional Coach, certified health coach, personal trainer, positive mindset mentor, and a lover of helping others take their lives to the next level. Shannon spent many years working in the non- profit sector and later realized that managing big teams, writing grants, and lobbying to change policies were no longer her passion. She is motivated by face-to-face engagement, not macro-level reform. Shannon in based in Albuquerque, NM but serves clients throughout the United States including California and Texas, and even clients who live Internationally.

Clients have said that they appreciate her warm, yet direct style as a therapist, sounding board, coach, and educator. She collaborates with clients using humor, empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. Shannon has extensive experience helping people optimize emotional and physical wellness in all areas of life, including relationships, careers, unexpected life transitions, retirement, high-level leadership, dating, marriage, and parenting.

Shannon’s clients hail from various walks of life – entrepreneurs, creatives, athletes, attorneys, stay at home mothers, retirees, adolescents – and all ages, from 15 to 75 years old. Many of her clients are highly intuitive yet are facing barriers, limiting beliefs, or otherwise are feeling stuck in their relationship, career, life transition, or personal endeavors.

Shannon has dedicated her life to helping others through social services work. In 2000, Shannon was selected to be Executive Director of Resources, Inc., an Albuquerque- based not-for-profit organization with a mission to serve families affected by domestic violence. During her tenure, she developed two nationally recognized programs geared towards first response. Her significant and diverse achievements have earned her recognition on numerous occasions. In recognition of her work in the areas of violence against women and children, Shannon received the 2003 U.S. Congressional Award, “Woman Pioneering the Future.” In 2005, she received a city proclamation from the Albuquerque City Council, and in 2006, Shannon was recipient of the Governor’s Award for Outstanding New Mexico Women. In 2009, Mayor Martin Chavez proclaimed November 19, 2009 as honorary “Shannon Enright-Smith Day.”
