Adelie graduated with a Masters in Social Work from The Facundo Valdez School of Social Work in 2020 and obtained her LMSW in 2022. Being born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, Adelie is familiar with the idea that everyone has their own unique struggles as well as strengths. Since her parents immigrated from China, she learned that life is not easy, but you are also not meant to struggle forever. Asking for help is one of the most difficult things to do. Adelie works with teens and young people to help them develop skills to more effectively deal with difficult thoughts and feelings and create more meaning in their lives. Adelie delivers evidence-based interventions in a safe and confidential space where you can share your concerns and find the best way to achieve your goals and create the reality that you want.
